Obituary
Robert Everett Cameron, 61 of Amherst (formerly of the Winona/Salem area) passed away Saturday afternoon, June 3, 2017 at his home. He was born on February 15, 1956 in Salem, Ohio, the son of Kurthe O. and Audrey R. (Manzler) Cameron. Bob was the 1974 valedictorian at the United High School in Hanoverton, OH. He graduated with honors in 1978 from the Case Institute of Technology, Cleveland, OH. He was a project engineer installing and servicing self-guided vehicles for Caterpillar, Eaton, FMC Technologies INC., Chrysler, and John Bean Technologies Corporation. He enjoyed Bluegrass music, fishing, woodworking, and traveling. He liked motorcycles, classic cars, 4x4 vehicles, and car shows. He liked dogs, especially labs.
Robert is survived by his parents and his sister, Margie A Cameron of Amherst, OH
There will be a private family service held at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. The burial will immediately follow the services at the Damascus Cemetery.
