IN LOVING MEMORY OF

Robert "Bob" William Lippmann
June 22, 1957 – December 24, 2025
BOARDMAN – Robert William Lippmann, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at Salem Regional Medical Center. While many knew him as a calm and easy-going man, Bob was equally defined by his fierce independence and his unshakable set of values.
Born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, on June 22, 1957, to the late William H. and Anna Mae (Kraner) Lippmann, Bob lived a life rooted in service and conviction. From 1977 to 1981, he proudly served in the United States Army, a formative time that solidified his deep love for his country. He spent the majority of his professional life as an over-the-road truck driver, a role that gave him a unique perspective on the American landscape he so dearly loved.
Bob was a man who didn't mince words when it came to his beliefs. He was a staunch, proud conservative Republican and a dedicated member of the NRA. He believed deeply in the Constitution and the traditional American values that he advocated for throughout his life. His passion for history and heritage often took him to local Civil War reenactments, where he spent time honoring the grit and sacrifice of those who came before him.
The outdoors was Bob's true sanctuary. An avid woodsman and hunter, he was a master of his craft, often spending hours meticulously reloading his own ammunition for target shooting. Some of his happiest moments were spent in the brush alongside his loyal beagle buddies, Milton Jr. and Oswald. Whether he was in the field or at home with family, Bob's presence was a steadying force—unwavering in his opinions, yet easy-going in his company.
Bob leaves behind his sons, Robert Lippmann and Michael Lippmann; five grandchildren; and his siblings, Veronica A. Houk, William A. (Terry) Lippmann, Rose M. (John) Maritch, Ronald E. Lippmann, and Gwendolen J. Lippmann.
In recognition of his service to the United States, Bob will be laid to rest with full military honors at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.
Arrangements have been handled with care by Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem.
