Robert Earl Miller JR 84, of East Liverpool (formerly of Salem), died Thursday morning, April 24, 2025, at Valley Oaks Care Center in East Liverpool.

He was born on September 28, 1940, in Washingtonville, Ohio, the son of the late Robert Earl and Alice M. (Carlisle) Miller SR.

He lived in the Washingtonville area at a young age, served in the US Navy from 1959-1961, and in his later years delivered newspapers in Columbiana County.

He is survived by his sons, Robert III, Brian, and Michael Miller, nine grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and his brother Wilbur (Karen) Miller of Columbiana.

He was preceded in death on December 27, 2023, by his wife, the former Darlene Rose Rhodes, whom he married on May 26, 1965, his daughter Beth Ann Miller, and sisters; Leora Allison, Mary Brewer, Jennie Reeves, and Alberta Depriol.

It was Bob's wish to have no services.
