Russell A. Rogers 40, of Lisbon, died at 2:40 PM Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Salem Regional Medical Center.

He was born on February 18, 1981, in Salem, the son of Randal Rogers and Connie (Beiling) Rogers.

He is survived by his parents: Connie Rogers of Lisbon and Randal and step mother Debra (Shank) Rogers of Greenford, and a sister Jennifer (Eric) Rogers-Rice of Washingtonville, and paternal grandmother Lois (Calvin) Rogers of Columbiana.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: John and Doris (Turney) Beiling and paternal grandfather Richard Rogers.

A private family viewing and services were held on Monday evening at Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem.
