Sally Ann (Bice) Stoffard, 87, of Perry Twp., Salem, OH, passed away on January 24, 2022, at the home of her daughter, with whom she lived.

She was born on October 20, 1934, in Las Vegas, NV, to her late parents; George and Emma (Bosch) Bice.

As a child, Sally and her family moved to the Lima, OH area. It is here that she grew up and graduated from high school. Sally was Catholic by faith and an army wife for over 20 years, to her late husband; Thomas who passed away in 1998. While in the service they had the opportunity to move around to many different locations, finally settling in Virginia. It is here that they called home. Sally devoted her life to being a homemaker to her family. She, along with her husband; raised 3 children, creating a loving home for them, as well as the generations that were to follow.

Sally is survived by her children; Cheryl (Russell) Payne of GA, Tom (Deborah) Stoddard of Lima, OH, and Paula (Thomas) Lederle whom she lived with in Perry Twp. Additionally, she is survived by her 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Along with her husband; Thomas Stoddard, Sally is preceded in death by her sister; Patty and brothers; Bob, Dick, and Don Stoddard.

There will be no services at this time.
