Scott A. Myers 65, East Palestine, died at 3:22 AM Thursday, July 4, 2024, in the emergency room of Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman.

He was born on March 10, 1959, in Salem, Ohio, the son of Paul B. Myers Jr. and Kay Ripley Johnston.

He had resided in the Salem/East Palestine area most of his life. He was known for his stone cutting talents and owned Creative Efforts in Columbiana, Ohio. He had the ability to carve out unique, one of a kind pieces for landscape designs and monuments. Scott also sold cars for area dealerships. He enjoyed music, singing, writing, and playing his guitar.

He is survived by his siblings; Renaye (John) Hagan of Salem, Kelly (Scott) Lynch of Franklin, Tenn. and Eric (Meg) Douglas of Land O' Lakes, Fla., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will be having a private ceremony to honor and celebrate the life of Scott, it will be held at Salem First Friends Church at a later date.
