Sean Joseph Quick 41, of Leetonia, (Formerly of Hopewell Junction/Highland, NY died early Saturday morning in Leetonia. He was born on April 29, 1973 in Beacon, NY., son of Roxann (Wilkin) Quick and Arthur A. Quick. He has been a resident of the area for the last 8 years, coming from New York. He was a carpenter by trade and worked for several construction companies in the area. He was a member of the Carpenters Union in upstate NY and had his own school where he taught Ti Quan Do and was a second degree black belt. He was a fabulous artist, great cook and loved to fish. In addition to his parents of Hopewell Junction, NY, he is survived by a son Sean A. Quick of Highland, NY, siblings, Arthur O. Quick of Jacksonville, Florida, and Amanda (Matthew) Benedict of Saugerties, NY, granddaughter Emma Rose Quick,Companion and friend Amanda Lynn Mancuso of Leetonia, Maternal Grandparents Elizabeth Jane Wilkin of Hopewell Junction, NY, uncle Larry Wilkin of Hopewell Junction, NY., Aunt Harriett Sorbello, Kingstone, NY, nieces and nephews, Maxwell, Skyler and Jazmine. Preceded in death by maternal grandfather John James Wilkin, paternal grandparents Orville and Matilda Palen. Services will be held on Thursday, July 3, 6 PM at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons funeral and Cremation services, 1617 East State Street, Salem, Ohio 44460. The Rev. P. Doug George of the Salem First United Methodist Church will be officiating. A time of visitation with the family and friends will follow the services at the funeral home. A trust fund has been established for his grand daughter Emma Rose Quick. I you would like to make a donation to the fund, mail it to the Funeral home at POB 113, Salem, Ohio 44460-0113.
