In Loving Memory of Shannon Lea Diana

Shannon Lea (Williams) Diana, a vibrant spark who lived life with a creative heart and a rock-and-roll soul, passed away peacefully at the age of 52. Surrounded by the quiet comfort of The Hospice House in Poland, she entered into eternal rest at 12:05 AM on Friday, February 20, 2026. Born on August 3, 1973, in Warren, Shannon was the beloved daughter of the late Phillip Kim and Faith Elaine (Lakatos) Williams. From her early days in the Mahoning Valley, she carried a unique energy that could light up any room she entered.

A proud graduate of Jackson Milton High School, Shannon spent her life making the world a more beautiful and lively place. As a talented beautician, she had a gift for helping others see the best in themselves, and her time spent tending bar at various local favorites allowed her to do what she did best: connect with people, share a laugh, and offer a listening ear. Shannon was a woman of many passions; she found pure joy in the rhythm of rock and roll music and the electric energy of a live concert. When she wasn't at a show or styling hair, she could often be found with a pencil in hand, pouring her creativity into beautiful drawings, or simply soaking up the sunshine of good company with her many friends.

Her legacy of love and laughter lives on through her family, whom she cherished deeply. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Angelina Diana of Austintown, who was the light of her life. She also leaves behind her loving sisters, Heather Clark and her husband William of Cortland, and Tara Fortier of Niles, along with a community of friends who will forever miss her spirited personality and kind heart.

While there are no services planned at this time, Shannon’s life will be celebrated in the quiet moments of a favorite song or the stroke of an artist’s pen. Her final arrangements were handled with care by the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services in Salem. Shannon’s journey was one of art, music, and friendship, and she leaves behind a melody that will play on in the hearts of all who knew her.
