Shirley Mae (Andrus) Catlos, 84, passed on February 16, 2024, after being ill for the last few years.

She was born August 3, 1939, in East Liverpool, Ohio, the daughter of the late William Russell and Mary Virginia (Derrington) Andrus.

Shirley was loved by each of her friends in a very special way, and she displayed her love in many different ways too. She always had her unique ways in all aspects of life. She loved playing bingo, cards, working in her tomato and rock garden, and traveling. Shirley was a giver and was always there to lend a helping hand to those who were in need.

Shirley is survived by her three children Jona (Shari Fry) Woods of New Castle, Pennsylvania, Mary Christina (Bob) Esposito of West Melbourne, Florida, and Ginda (Wayland) Preston of Toledo, Ohio, her four grandchildren Bennett and Weston Hecklinger, Alyssa Esposito, and Andy (Patricia) Esposito, and sister-in-law Sharon Andrus.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Kenneth Andrus.

Jona and family would like to thank all of Shirley's friends that were there in the trying times. Mom put up her fight till the end and is at peace now.
