Tonya Lynn Sandoe 51, of Salem, died at 4:27 PM Tuesday. October 29, 2024, at Salem Regional Medical Center.

She was born on September 14, 1973 in Salem, the daughter of Michael Riley and Dora Lee (Whitacre) Sandoe

Tonya was a 1991 graduate of Salem High School, she went on to become a web designer and operated her own company. She was big into spending time with the family and the grandchildren. They would go on adventures to Geneva, have the big family gatherings, swimming, and enjoying delicious food. You could almost predict the old 80's music if she had her way about it. A big card player with games like Canasta, Pogo, and Spades. In the warmer weather, the amusement parks were a favorite destination.

In addition to her mother of Salem, she is survived by her children: Cassidey (Heather) Sandoe, Avery (Makayla) Sandoe and Brady Barnhouse, seven grandchildren.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Dorothy Barr who raised her.

There will be no services held. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem, Ohio.
