Obituary

Vange Firestone 74, of Salem, (Formerly of Greenford) died at 9:30 AM Monday at Essex of Salem # 3, where she had been a patient for several months. Vange lived in the Greenford area from 1967 to 1992, then moved to Salem. She was the Media Specialist, in the Media Center of Jackson Milton Local Schools for 26 years. Upon her retirement in 1993, she spent more time with her Palimo Quarter Horses, Jacks-Lil-Diamond and Penney. Vange also spent time on the Withers Farm on N. Beaver Creek Road. A Life member of the Ohio Quarter Horse Association. She is survived by her siblings, Kent Wolcott and Janet Hamilton and her nieces and nephews. Vange choose to not have any public services and a private burial will be in the Standing Rock Cemetery. Arrangements by the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem.
