Vinson V. Weyant 77, of Lisbon, died on Tuesday at his home in Lisbon. He was born on December 4, 1935 in Northampton, Summit County, Ohio to Bill (Valone) V. and Margaret (Vinsonhaler) Weyant. Vinson was a painting contractor and the former owner and operator of the Weyant Paint and Wall Covering Store on Pidgeon Road in Salem. He had served in the US Marine Corp as a Sargent. He had attended the Lisbon Methodist Church and the Hanoverton Presbyterian Church. He is survived by a son, Steven (Robin) Weyant of Salem, a daughter Sarah (Grant) Gorrell of L.A. California, a sister Dorothy Ward of Hanoverton and a brother Bill of Ashtabula, three grandchildren.
