Walter Lambeth Sherertz, 86, formerly of Berlin Center, died at 3:48 AM Wednesday August 13 at the Crandall Medical Center in Sebring. He was born July 2, 1927 in Honolulu, Hawaii, a son of the late Dwight L. and Margarita M. (Park) Sherertz. Walter was a U. S. Air Force Veteran and was formerly employed at Babcock and Wilcox in research and development for twenty-nine years. He had attended Greenford Christian Church. He is survived by a brother, Paul Sherertz of San Diego, California. He was preceded in death by two sisters Margarita Messersmith and Olive Lanham, and a brother Hector Sherertz. Services will be Friday 1:30 PM at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen and Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. Calling hours will be 12:30 AM Friday at the funeral home.
