William James Cupp 63, of E. Liverpool, died at 1 AM Thursday, march 6 at his home.

He was born on September 10, 1950 in East Liverpool, Ohio, the son of the late Homer Newton and Marcelene Jean (Davis) Cupp.

He was last employed at the former Crucible Steel Plant, served in the US Army during Vietnam War and was a 1968 Graduate of Wellsville High School.

He is survived by a sister Mrs.William (Patricia) Frischkorn of Wellsville, brother Charles (Rose) Cupp of North Dakota, a niece Jeanette Cupp of North Dakota.

Services will be held on Friday, 2:30 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio. He will receive full military honors.
