Anthony Hickman Obituary

Anthony Howard Hickman 38, of East Palestine, tragically left this world early Saturday morning. He was in an automobile accident late Friday night, August 6, 2021, on Rt 517 in the Village of Lisbon. He was such a loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend. Tony will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He will always be remembered by all of those he touched in his short life. His kindness and gentle spirit will always be remembered. He was born on March 23, 1983, in Salem, the son of Rick D. Hickman Sr. and Deborah Jo (Robinson) Hickman Schreffler. Tony, or more affectionately known as T-Man, Tuna, T-Bone, Hicky Stick and Uncle Tony. Tony was currently employed at NVR as a forklift operator in Darlington, Pa. He also had worked at Ryan Homes and Boak and Sons in Austintown. Tony was a very popular person, and had many friends. A member of a bowling league as well as a recreational golfer. He was a huge fan of Florida Gators as well as the Pittsburgh Pirates, Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and the Atlanta Braves. If Saliva, Slipknot, or Korn had a concert anywhere close, you just might find him there. His style of music may not have agreed with everyone, but he liked it and enjoyed every bit of it. Tony also was an avid fisherman and loved getting out on the water to find those big fish. He always found time to be with his family. He was the true “Go to guy” of the family. No matter how busy he was, there was time to make special memories with his nieces and nephews. In addition to his father of Salem and mother of Lisbon, Tony is survived by siblings; Rick D.
