Darlene Kay “Dee ” Macuich 61 (known as Mama Dee and Grandma Dee to many of the kids throughout the years) of Salineville, died at 4:30 AM Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Mercy Health/St. Elizabeth Hospital-Youngstown.
She was born on August 17, 1961 in Salem, the daughter of the late Stanley John and Joyce Ann (Roessler) Macuich.
Dee was a 1980 graduate of Leetonia High School. She was currently employed for the last seven years at B & K Store in Salineville. Darlene enjoyed the outdoors, playing in her flower gardens to relax. A great big fan of the Cleveland Browns, and she made sure all knew it. (except when she cheered on the Bengals during the playoffs.) The one thing that brought her great joy was all her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children; Tabetha (John Petrich) Brock of East Palestine, Roy Stokes-Macuich of Salineville and Samantha (Ron Jackson) Macuich of Lisbon, Siblings; her twin, Marlene (David) Hardwick of Salem and Stanley Macuich of Virginia, grandchildren; Hailey (Christian Cechura) Brock, Alexis Petrich, Daimen McCormick, Gavin Petrich, Rylie Witherow, Baylen Jackson and Hanley Jackson and great grandchildren; Grayson Cechura and Ariya Jackson, numerous nieces / nephews and of course her B & K family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her additional parents; Warren and Patty (Stokes) Louden and her high school sweetheart and fiance Roy Stokes.
There will be no services held.
