Thomas Leo Twitchell, 54, of Salem, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, June 15,2021 in Butler Twp (Salem).

He was born on September 24, 1966 in Trumbell County, to his late parents; Thomas Twitchell and Patricia Culver.

Thomas attended LaBrae High School in Leavittsburg, Ohio. He was a member of the United States Army and served from January 7, 1987 to January 31, 1989.

He was employed as a tree trimmer with Townsend Tree Service.

Thomas is survived by his half-sister; Barbara (John) Sharas of AZ, half-brother; Michael Urick of MI, step-brothers; Greg (Denise) Urick and Pete (Debbie) Urick both of Ohio.

In addition to his parents, Thomas is preceded in death by his step-father; George Urick.
